Just size them so they are the same dimensions. This can be done with the “image” – “image size” menu in photoshop or any image editor.
If you are happy with your images, you can then load them into gif animation software,

or
Ulead Gif animator.
both have limited trials.
Choose File–> new animation> open or add images, then navigate to the files and shift select them), “open” and set the delay time for each image, load and preview the animation by pressing play.
Then File -> save as -> blahblah.gif
