Can you recomend a good book for learning Adobe Photo Shop 7?

I just got Adobe Photo Shop 7 and I am looking for input on which tutorial book is best. I have looked at the one from Adobe, but before I spend almost $50 for it I’d like to know if there are any better (cheaper) books.
I do prefer an acutal book and not an online tutorial as I can read the book while I am wating at the Dr.’s office or at my kid’s practice. (I am a compulsive multi-tasker)
